Building SJT's Training



This 1-day training is based on decades of experience and research in the design and implementation of Situational Judgement Tests. The training further facilitates a practical online “interviewing” experience supported by global best practices and professional research. This training program will provide you with the expertise to effectively evaluate available generic SJTs and it will additionally empower you to design and develop your own Situational Judgement Tests.

• Gain understanding into the design phases of an SJT and get hands-on practical experience of each phase.
• Understand the benefits and limitations of different media to create simulations or senarios: video, pictures, audio, text and avatars.
• Practice behavioural based selection of scenarios to be included in your final SJT.
